St. Nicholas Church

Wierzbięcice , Wierzbięcice 109
The first information about the church and parish dates back to the 14th century. Back then, the temple was built in the Romanesque-Gothic style, but its numerous reconstructions resulted in a partial disappearance of style-specific features. The steeple from the 14th century was built in the Renaissance style. Throughout history, the temple has undergone numerous damages, inter alia, it has been plundered by the Hussites, but it has always been rebuilt.
