Bishop Franciszek Ludwik von Neuburg - he came from a famous princely family, his sister Eleonora was the wife of the Austrian Emperor Leopold I. He was a great lover and patron of the arts, he took a liking to Nysa and Wrocław, where he left his wonderful works of life. He was the longest reigning bishop of Wrocław, he founded the church of St. Peter and Paul, the Triton Fountain, the non-existent electoral building, the Church of St. Mikołaj and Ksawery in Otmuchów or the hunting palace in Zwierzyniec.
