Lake Nyskie

Lake Nyskie is a reservoir created in 1971 on the Nysa Kłodzka River. For its creation, it was necessary to demolish and flood the villages – Brzezina Polska, Miedniki, Różanka and a part of the village of Głębinów as well as the forests surrounding the villages. Today, the lake is inhabited by numerous species of birds, including rare species of birds of passage, which rest here. The waters of the lake are inhabited by numerous species of fish, so it is very attractive for anglers. At the lakeside, the Nysa Recreation Centre is seated, with a very attractive offer of summer recreation.
