Miejski Szlak Turystyczny w Nysie
The trip starts from the St. Hedwig Bastion, then we go north, towards the High Ramparts. It is a line of ramparts consisting of five bastions and four curtains. The first structure on our way is the Moravian Bastion. Then, we go towards the Regulicki and Chapel Bastions. From there, through the Ceglarska Gate, we go to the Fort Prussia, and then go across the line of the Outer Jerusalem Ramparts. They were established using the natural lay of the land. The best preserved and also the most impressive is the Rabbit Redoubt. Another equally interesting place is the High Battery. Between these points, there is an underground corridor, the so-called “Cigar”, connecting both structures. Currently, the Battery is a perfect observation point.
